Caroline Lloyd-Evans is an extremely-experienced, highly-pragmatic and supportive relationship counsellor and family consultant. She provides reliable and confidential support to private clients for a wide range of needs.
Relationship counselling, mediation and coaching
Caroline’s training with Relate and National Family Mediation provides a breadth of understanding and ability to people hoping to repair their relationships or facing the difficult prospect of separation and divorce. Individuals and couples come to her either direct or referred by a number of fellow-professionals. As a member of the Cambridge Family Dispute Resolution Group and Resolution, she is dedicated to non-confrontational solutions - her approach sometimes leads to reconciliation. Whatever the outcome, with her support, clients can reduce the impact of the emotional, practical, logistic and financial struggles that are inevitable, and she continues working with clients as they rebuild the next stage of their lives.
Cancer, health and bereavement counselling and coaching
As a trained Macmillan Cancer Supporter, with first-hand experience of the local Head-and-Neck support group, Caroline brings a deep understanding to those coping with illness, whether their own, a relative’s or at work, with a colleague. With her support, the stresses of illness and bereavement can be made more manageable and coping mechanisms found.
Confidence-building for career changes, redundancy or retirement
Returning to work after raising a family, starting again in a new place, changing careers and the challenges of retirement and redundancy are all examples of transitions where support coaching makes all the difference in rebuilding self-confidence. CLE Consulting & Training has given clear and decisive support to hundreds making these changes, through individual coaching. Caroline has been involved in national programmes such as Winning Leaders, Women Returners to Work and a large NHS restructuring programme. Practical help includes training in CV-writing, interview skills and giving presentations.
Our series of meetings with Caroline were exceptionally useful for us to get insight into the historical issues in the department. This is going to give us a common understanding and a firm base from which to build a working and productive relationship.
