Caroline Lloyd EvansFor businesses and individuals

As a coach, counsellor and relationship therapist, I have over 20 years’ experience of supporting individuals and businesses, through coaching, counselling and mentoring. My experience in problem-solving strongly supports the development and resolution work in which I specialise. By evaluating and understanding the essential dynamics of a situation, I offer practical, constructive and confidential advice, allowing my clients to take positive actions and achieve more-than-satisfactory results.

I am also a professional family consultant with the Cambridge Collaborative Family Law Group, specialising in supporting those contemplating or going through separation or divorce. In addition, as a Macmillan trained Cancer Supporter, I help those coping with their own illnesses as well as supporting members of their family or even their colleagues and bosses.

I work strategically with all my clients, whether private or corporate, and offer the same high quality of support whether to worried individuals or top level Board directors. I have successfully encouraged and unblocked those wanting to resolve personal difficulties, return to work, change direction or set up and grow their own businesses. CLE’s counselling service is highly confidential, friendly and non-judgmental, regardless of race, gender, religion or nationality.

- Working with business clients:

At CLE Consulting & Training, we specialise in supporting and developing individuals, teams and employees through personal and business development coaching. Our approach is sensitively and effectively tailored to the demands of each client project.

We analyse the people-dynamics that are causing problems and blockages and plan the work programme to ensure results are practical and strategic. As well as coaching business and private clients, CLE Consulting & Training mediates colleague issues and facilitates meetings, conferences and away-days.

- Working with individual clients:

As a trained counsellor and therapist, my aim with personal clients is to make them feel safe and at ease. My Cambridge consulting room provides a comfortable and informal setting where you can talk in confidence about the issues on your mind. Together we work through the problems and reasons and look at positive steps towards a better outcome. Psychodynamic, person-centred behavioural therapy and transactional analysis are my core approaches.

Originally trained with Relate, I have worked with many people facing the difficult prospect of separation and divorce. I am also a professional family consultant with the Cambridge Collaborative Family Law Group.

- Working with health-related issues:

Cancer and other illnesses are unfortunate facts of life. Sometimes they affect you and at other times loved-ones, colleagues or someone within your company or organisation. We are not taught all the skills to help us to cope as well as possible with these unforeseen and unsettling health-related realities and worries. It is important and appropriate to ensure that you, members of your staff or others affected by diagnoses, treatments, recuperations, long-term conditions and many other consequences of illness, are empathetically and professionally supported.

As a Macmillan trained Cancer Supporter, I help those coping with their own illnesses as well as supporting members of their family or even their colleagues and bosses.
