Caroline Lloyd-Evans was born in Cambridge and returned there to work in the worlds of business and therapy in 1986. She has over 20 years' experience of supporting and developing individuals and teams through teaching, counselling and mentoring. Caroline is past Chair of CBN (Cambridge Businesswomen's Network , member of the Cambridge Collaborative Family Law Group, a past non-executive director of the local NHS Primary Care Trust and founder of CLE Consulting & Training.

Caroline's experiences in counselling and coaching have shown her how immediate and positive the impact of one-to-one and small group coaching can be in learning to understand yourself better, improve your work and personal relationships and reduce stress.

She is an astute listener whose ability to evaluate and understand other people's points-of-view enables her to offer practical and constructive assistance to individuals and companies. Change in dealing with working relationships and corporate strategy allows clients to take positive action and achieve astonishing results. The formal structuring created in CLE's individually tailored coaching programmes allows clients to become pro-active and confident decision-makers using specific learned skills to enhance all aspects of their life and work.

Caroline is also a Macmillan trained Cancer Supporter and uses her personal and professional knowledge of cancer to support not only the patients but also businesses, families and friends who are necessarily affected. This knowledge and experience allows her to work with many other health-related issues and crises, including bereavement.
